Greetings all.
I've been out of it for quite a while and recently hooked up with a firm which has a few clients using BES + handhelds. Lo' and behold, my account still worked! ;)
I'm getting the following errors when launching the Manager 4.1 on the BES/Exchange 2003 server:
-----------------------------
The MAPI Profile "BlackBerryManager" does not exist.
The MAPI Profile is used to log into the MS Exchange server so that BlackBerry Manager can access the adddress book, send messages to BlackBerry users and perform administrative functions on users.
In the following dialog, please specify the name of the MS Exchange server and a mailbox on that server for this purpose.
-----------------------------
Accept SSL Certificate (window title)
Please use the following wizard to install the certificate being offered from the MDS Services server, then press OK:
(rest of window is blank, except for OK button)
-----------------------------
(While attempting to see the folder redirections for a specific user
Failed to retrieve folder redirection settings for the selected user. Please ensure that the MAPI Profile you used to login to Exchange has sufficient permissions to read and modify the BlackBerry configuration data stored in the user's mailbox.
-----------------------------
I didn't set up this BES and am only reporting the popup windows which just occured.
Can anyone take a guess as to what is causing this and how to go about resolving it?
