I am using BES and when I read a mail on my desktop outlook it stays as an unread mail on my BB and vice versa. Deleting a mail works fine. Who knows a solution to this problem.

There will be some lag but make sure you decide, and set, which wins in case of conflict. This is accessible under email options and reconciliation. I always set mine to handheld wins because I like a running archive. And make sure when you're changing the reconciliation option you're under 'Desktop' and not on your BIS profile. -Pk

Good info packetknife, I believe that the reconciliation for minimum 4.0 is now at about 3-5 minutes, improved from 20-25 minutes or about the same number of transactions. In the same fields I leave mine to 'On Mailbox and Handheld' but I have about 70 .pst's. I don't know that it will ever be real time synchronization. wjmspaan may want to turn the wireless reconcile off, save the changes and then turn it back on.
