Default Forcing a re-sync from BES

Please Login to Remove!

forgive for being a noob, but can i force a resync for a users contacts from BES

Yes.


1. Disable Wireless redirection for the contacts on the handheld.
2. Plug the user's device into desktop manager, go to Backup/Restore, then click "Advanced"
3. Find Contacts, and hit "Clear"
4. Unplug device
5. Enable wireless redirection for contacts

6. Wait 20 minutes!!!!! People have no patience nowadays ;)
