How come when my keys are locked, I can click the scroll wheel and it brings up the menu, but when I click it again on the "UNLOCK" button, it just says that I need to press * and Green? On my 8703 I could click the thumb wheel, bring up the menu and click it again to unlock. The scroll wheel isn't working the same. Is this a bug or an issue with my phone?

This is how the trackball models work. I guess they assume you might have it in your pocket and inadvertantly press the trackball twice and unlock it. This has been an issue since 4.2 OS was first released.

Damn. Okay. Thanks for the heads-up. Still getting used to the small differences. I wish we could specify how we wanted to unlock it. Oh well. Thanks again.

If you don't set a password then you have to unlock with *+send. If you set a password, then you have to type the password to unlock.
