Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8703e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

I have a Verizon 8703e, running v4.1.0.344 (Platform 2.2.0.149).

I've been using Beyond411 quite happily for some time, and am currently running version 4.2 (shown to be the latest by their website).

It appears to work in all regards, except that recently I've been getting the following error if I try to get directions from an address I've looked:

Error parsing page: Processing instruction target may not be 'XML'.

Does anyone have any ideas what may be wrong or what I may have done?

regards,

-jk

I was actually getting that error message as well with my 8700g on T-Mobile. Right now my wireless service is not enabled. I am going to link to this thread so I can see the answer.

Same problem here. I sent Phil an email yesterday letting him know about it. I'm sure we'll hear from him soon.

Should be fixed now.

Thanks for the note.

Also, please note that the Canadian searches should be working again.

<3 Beyond411 - BY FAR the most useful app for blackberry.

*if only we had the ability to add more than 9 plugins*

Default Plug in

Yes I agree. It would be nice if plugins were like bookmarks on Opera mini, where you can lock in the first 9, but have access to additional plugins that you want access to.

Many thanks for the quick fix. B411 remains one of my favorite BB utilities.

OK, perhaps I'm just cursed, because now I'm getting this error:

Error parsing page: End tag does not match start tag 'bml'.

It had been working fine for a few days there.

Anyone else?

Jk,

I started getting this message about a week ago. I PM Phil to see if there is a solution.

Default XML error fixed (really)

Apologies for the difficulties, I have a sporadic and slow internet connection.

Things should really be fixed now.
