I can only recieve when I am hooked up to my laptop. This is quite frustrating. I just recieved my BB from my work and they just told me to set it up. Arghhh!!

It seems to work when it is hooked up only to the Desktop Manager

That's weird...

How about some more information...

1. What model BB?
2. How have you configured your BB email account (BES or Intenrt POP3 retrieval)

The more info you can provide the more chances people here could offer help...

7750 only receives email when in the USB cradle
