there are a few options available: Skins/Paint, etc.

I'm sure mods can be done some folks have posted keyboard mods with red backlit if your looking for say the black casing which houses some of the carriers 7290 and 7250's instead of the slate blue colour check out the following: http://www.promobility.net/html/blackberryparts.shtml
