Hey Guys, I just got a 7290 with bluetooth support and cannot hook up my bluetooth *&!@##! headsetI don't know much about it so I was really hoping someone could give me a hand!!!My headset has a number under it and it doesn't look like the hs 810,or 820.
I think it is from a new razor phone. Are they compatible??
The numbers on the sticker are:chyn4590a/hs 801 ,under that number there is another:04237-v0526.1.
Please someone help or I'll have to keep using my wired headset(Yuck!!)

ideashappen, I have a 7290 which I have had no problem pairing with BT headsets. To help you, we need more information. Have you gone into Options -> Bluetooth and tried Add Device? What steps did you then follow? What happened? Also, what is the manufacturer/model of the BT headset you have?

Have you activated the pairing on the BB and the headset, which is a moto hs801 from your description.

I finally got the headset to work yesterday night(I downloaded the manual for my Motorola hs80) but....It worked all night and most of the day today but now the sound is like it is over amplified or my link is bad .Freakin' weird !!!I tried disconnecting it and reconnecting,turning it off and on again.Nothing is changing it.It is not the volume too high. I'm lost!

A little off topic but does anyone know where I can get free dwnlds for my blackberry,I'm hooked on games for this phone.I have dope wars and it is awesomely addictive!!!Also have Tumbler (cool),and Goro(very cool as well).
I'd love to get some more cool stuff and willing to share the ones I have.
