Hi Everyone,

I have a quick question. When I first started using my 8703e and I received a new mail notification, the email would be displayed on the screen if I removed from the holster within a certain amount of time.

Now, after trying PocketDay (which I didn't care for), and subsequently removing it, this functionality seems to have been disabled. Is there a way to re-enable this functionality?

Also, as a side question, is there another application (beside PocketDay) that has the basic functionality that BBToday had?

You could try to remove the battery for about 30 seconds, then reinsert. There is not a setting for this to turn on or off, it should just always work.

The setting to open email upon removing from holster is not an option, it happens if you pull the BB from the holster within about the first 20 seconds of having removed it.

I'll give pulling the battery a try, but it definitely hasn't been working since I removed that application.
