I have an 8830 on Verizon
I am using a hosted exchange (mailstreet) for my BES and email
when i ran the enterprise activation on my BB all my emails started showing up in my central messages icon on the BB, the one where my text messages and ALL other messages show up

I wanted to know if i can have a seperate icon for my emails that come from the exchange account

also how do i edit my signature on the BES email account

i really only use the bes for email sinc. i am not using any other BES feature like calendar or notes

I think if you go to Messages > Options > General Options at the bottom there will an option SMS and E-mail Inboxes (depends on the Theme you are using). If you set that to Separate, then you will be able to separate your E-mails from your SMS Messages. However, it won't separate e-mail from your personal BIS accounts (if you have any). The BIS e-mails WILL show in the Messages folder, as well as their own personal folders.

Signature is in Messages| Options| Email Settings. Set "Use Auto Signature" to Yes and create your signature.

i have separated my text messages but my gmail and account is still mixing in with the message box

so basically there is no way to have a separate box for the exchange mail
only the gmail accounts (or other bis email) have their own icon

No, there's not. The best you can do is go to search under message menu, and you can create a search to show messages under your BES account by selecting "Desktop" under services. You can also define additional criteria.
