Default Callwave and Cellular One

Please Login to Remove!

I signed up for callwave and it all went smoothly. I noticed their message saying the following:

Quote:
CallWave works with most mobile carriers including AT&T, Cingular, Verizon and T-Mobile. Unfortunately, Dobson Cellular doesn't provide activation codes for voicemail.

Activation is Still Possible

Call Dobson Cellular and ask to have the three call-forwarding conditions on your mobile service set to 775-665-1234:

* Busy Call Forwarding (Busy Call Transfer)
* No Answer Call Forwarding (No Reply Forwarding)
* Unreachable Call Forwarding (Phone Off Forwarding)
I in turn called Cellular One where the CS rep instructed me that these were all controlled on the handset. I figured as much and whenever I attempt to change them in my phone it fails and reverts back to the old forwarding number, i.e. my voicemail. Now I tried to set it up so all calls are forwarded to the callwave number and that worked just fine but that really isnt what I want. Has anyone with Cellular One and/or any other provider had the same issue that they were able to resolve?

Wirelessly posted (blackberry pearl: BlackBerry8100/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/160)

What I'm saying is that whenever I attempt to set those three it errors out and reverts back to the cellular one settings. So how do I stop that?

They informed me it was handset dependent, that it was up to me to make the change

They essentially keep telling me to do unconditional call forwarding instead of forwarding the unanswered calls. Their blackberry support dept is closed now. Ill hit up a store tomorrow
