Default DynoPlex increases functionality and decreases prices with our New Version of eOffice

Please Login to Remove!

New versions of DynoPlex applications eOffice, MasterDoc, eSpell, and eWorks Pro are now available on our web site http://www.dynoplex.com at $99.95, $49.95 and $19.95 accordingly.
eSpell now allows inline, on-the-fly spell-check that highlights misspelled words as you type. In addition to e-mail client eSpell now works within other applications on the device, such as SMS, IM, Calendar, Tasks, etc.

Major fixes and new features:

Bug with synching files between PC and BB 8830 is fixed.
Bug with error 99 when checking spelling on BB’s with 4.1 OS is fixed.
Minor issues with Network operations in eFile are fixed.
Fax dialogue is optimized.
Conversion of PC files for View All format to BB is now supported
Merge, fill color, wrap in eCell.
On-the-fly spellchecker as you type email or SMS.
Calling card import and export in eWorks Pro.

Visit our website www.dynoplex.com for more information and don’t forget to email [email address] if want to purchase our product at discounted prices. OTA installer is availble on our mobile site: on BB browser - http://dynoplex.com -> mobile -> downloads.

We would encourage your opinions on the new eOffice and MasterDoc versions in this thread. The Five most interesting threads will get a Free eOffice license, and the first five post authors will get a Free MasterDoc license.

For those of us that don't run Windows and can't (or don't want to) deal with these .EXE files easily, would your team be willing to get an OTA site up and running? Or possibly just adding a download ZIP file that includes a JAD and the COD/JAR files so we could host it on our own (private) OTA capable servers?

One piece of functionality that I would like to see is to be able to convert excel or word documents to pdf docs on the fly. Whether it be on the blackberry itself or if there is service you can offer on your servers to do that. I do all sorts of quotes that need to be converted to PDF for my customers.

Not to PDF, but to View All internal format on BB. They are high quality images. Anyway, you're now have to live with MasterDoc as I am sending you a key for it. You were the second to post here

Has eOffice Pro been replaced by the combination of MasterDoc and E-office?

I would say eOffice stays the same: it has all features of MAsterDoc plus attachment editing and eSpell.

I have tried your apps, and they're definitely worth having them along on the BB, at least as far as my work needs are.
The only snag is the italian translation of the menus, to say the least in some cases it's "amusing". That doesn't make justice to the highly professionality underlying these products.
Please, improve it
Regards,
Daniele

That makes perfect sense. Thanks for the quick reply. I've been using e:Office for a couple of months, and it's a trememdous product. Nice to see continued improvement!

Does the eSpell work anywhere where you are typing something?

I am currently trying Masterdoc and I have looked through the manual and the website. Does anyone know if there is there a way to include a message when sending a file from Masterdoc? When I tested it, I could only put a subject in.

BTW, MasterDoc is not offered OTA -- seems to be the only app that isn't (you can buy it OTA, but no download/install links), the rest of them are good to go. No worries, you were kind enough to give me a key so I'll do the dirty deed (reboot to Windows ) and just use the EXE installer. It would be handy though to have it OTA-available sometime in the future...

Yes for emails, SMS, tasks, etc. You can either use suggestions in the menu or invoke Full spell check. I PMd you a key for eSpell.

Default EOffice

Danbra,

I would be interested in one of the licences. I have downloaded Eoffice and installed it on my 8800. Will do my best to provide feedback to you.

As a new user. How do I "sync" a document on my desktop to the BB so I can edit it in both places.

I had Docs to Go on my Palm and was able to do this.

Default Syncing Desktop Files with eOffice Desktop?

I have installed a trial version on my Blackberry 8800, and all the desktop apps.

As a test I was hoping to move an Excel file I have on my desktop over to my BB8800 so I could edit it on either.

I navigate in eOffice Desktop so I can see the folder, but when I highlight it the sync icons in the middle of the screen never become active. I have my Blackberry connected to my PC via the USB cable and Blackberry Desktop Manager enabled.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a limitation on this in the trial?
