Hi guys,
1.Im unable to log into my account to setup personal em accounts. When i hit send password, it claims to have text messaged it but nothing has arrived for over two hours.

2. Its connecting to wifi but i am unable to make calls if i turn off the cell service.

3.How do i figure out if the call is going out via wifi or not and whether UMA is woring or not?

Are you really using a 7100? If so, it doesn't have WiFi. Plus Sprint doesn't have a WiFi BB that I know of.

What device do you really have, an 8300?

Are you on BIS or BES.

havent yet bothered to change the device in my profile and posted only after doing as much as i could.

ok guys, i now have UMA (in caps), wifi and email going. Happy to answer questions if anyone has any.
