Default Dialog box when dialing 123 or 611...?

Please Login to Remove!

Is anyone else getting a dialog box when dialing 123 or 611? Its kind of annoying, as you have to click OK in the dialog box, which displays either Voicemail or Customer Care when you dial these numbers. If you attempt to enter a voicemail password, for instance, you are unable to dial until you hit ok.

Is there a way to turn this off? Are you seeing this as well?

I'm on an 8320 on TMO.

If anyone is getting this dialog box, please let me know if there's a way to turn it off.

Its not a big deal, but it is annoying.

Any way you could post a screen shot of this?

Here ya go. Still no idea how to turn this off. I have deleted the entries for for these numbers in the SIM card, and the dialog remains.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Hmmm, that's definitely a little picture of a SIM card. By any chance do you have another SIM laying around (an older T-Mobile would be best, but something else should work) that you could put in your device to test? The idea is to see if it's tied to the SIM card or if it's something in the phone going wonky - checking a random SIM seems like a simple way to start.

Unfortunatley I do not, the SIM in this BB is a brand new one, due to problems with my old one. I'm having trouble believing that no one else has ever seen this screen. Very weird.

I get the same issue with a brand new SIM that I have. If I use an old SIM (4 years old) I don't get the dialogue box - both TMO with a TMO 8320.
