Hi everyone.
Not sure whether i am doing something wrong, but i cannot open jpg attachments on my 7100g. Is this something that is actually possible? And if so, how to do it?
I am using BES, but i did not think that had anything to do with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

JPG attachments are only viewable if you have both handheld OS 4.0 and BES 4.0; check with the BES administrators to make sure you have BES 4.0.

interesting i was able to open attachments- jpg, gif. b4 being added to my bes server. shouldn't have to be on bes 2 open attachments.i was under the impression all 7100g's have the 4.0 os

OK - there are two ways to open JPG attachments.

1) You are on a BWC/BIS where the carrier has the latest version running
2) You are on a BES with 4.0 running

9balla4life - if you are on BES 3.6 (and no BWC) you can not open JPGs.
