Default Sharing Outlook Calendars

Please Login to Remove!

Using BIS, I use Outlook 2007. I have some shared calendars so I have more than one calandar on my desktop Outlook, but only my primary synchs to my BB.

Is is possible to have more than one Outlook calandar on my BB? When I overlay the Calendars together, only the primary calendar synchs. Ideally I want separate calendars, but having the overlayed calandar synch would be acceptable also...but as far as I can tell neither is possible??

You can add a secondary folder for each folder (calendar, contacts, etc) in Desktop Manager under the sync settings. You're not going to have separate calendars on the BB -- all entries will be displayed together.

Do you know how to get multiple calendars on a BB to sync with Outlook.

I looked into this a while back and I was told bluntly that it wasn't possible. Blackberry's don't support delegates that are set up in Outlook at this time. There were some 'offline' options with third party software, but the device would have to be physically plugged into a computer everytime a new item was added. Another option we looked into was logging in through webmail to view the delegated calendar, but it was waaay too slow.

Hope that helps, and someone definitely step in if they have found otherwise.

The calendars are on the BB, every email on a BB using O.S. 4.3 is associated with a calendar. I have two different calendars on my BB but I can't sync both of them with Outlook, just the default one.
