Ok, I've done a search on this and can't seem to find anything on it, so if I missed it, please forgive me and point me in the right direction.

So, I have a BB with BES on it, I have configured it for my GMail account and it works flawlessly. My question is, how/why is it that when you reply to an email (using GMail) on the PC, it sends a copy of the reply to your device? This is quite annoying and would really appreciate it if someone could shed some on how to stop this from happening.

Thanks in advance

this has been asked and answered many times. the answer is you need to create a filter on your account to stop incoming messages from yourself. Third link in my signature

Default Hi, I can't set up a BIS account

I would love to set up the filters, that would solve the problem, but I'm a vodafone uk user and we aren't able to set up a BIS account. There's nothing on the vodafone uk site about accessing the BIS link either.

Any Brits with ideas (or clever others)?

Thanks

https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=vodauk VodaUK
https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=vodafone other Voda

should be one of those two sites. if it says your device is already registered and you dont have a username/pw
I can't login to my BIS site on my PC; I'm unable to log in via HTML Browser - BlackBerryFAQ.com

Default Error

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I've entered my PIN and IMEI numbers, and am now getting a message to say "your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service".

Hopefully I can re-set the filters on my device?

Thanks again

Default Hurray!

It works, I can now manage my filters on my desktop. I followed all your instructions and it all works fine.

Thank you SO much
