ok well i just did a quick google on that code and it seems alot people are getting that error due to tech support setting up your account or the provider is haveing netwotk issues. i would call sprint again and have someone clear your account and set up blackberry on the account again. if the blackberry screen is dead thats when you say "is this thing shot"
