Hi, We are getting these events coming up in the Application Log on the server that our Bes is installed on. The event is: The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( GraphicsMagick ) cannot be found.
A google search only found 1 relevant link which brought me here: http://www.blackberryforums.com/bes-...agick-bes.html
and it looks like no answer was provided for the first person :(
We are using the free 1 license bes since we only have 1 user with a blackberry and we aren't getting these messages very often. We would just like to know what is causing them and if we should be concerned.

I'm having the same issue on a corp BES running 4.1.4.26. I have approximately 300 devices on a fully licensed BES (not a freebie or demo version) that has been in production for several years. The devices range from 7100i to 8830 (and one pearl) with two wireless providers (alltel and nextel).

There have been 3 event log entries in the last 2 weeks (none prior) but there have been no changes on the BES in several months. Here's my event log entry:
