Default MotoROKR S9 for video

Please Login to Remove!

I am using a MotoROKR S9 with my 8310. It works perfectly for phone and music, but when I play a video, the sound comes out the speaker rather than through the headphones. I've searched and come up with nothing. Am I missing an obsure setting somewhere or is this just a fact of life?

Fact of life - what I've read in other threads/places, is that the Bluetooth transmission is "slower" than the video and therefore, there would be lip sync problems. I have to guess that there should be some way to tweak video or audio to overcome this but ......

So, just the way it is.

What's funny is that my son's LG Env(2) streams audio from movies via BT just fine. So it appears it's a Blackberry problem, rather than a generic BT problem.

While my tomtom gps does not use Bluetooth to transmit sound, I have a 3rd party video application for it and it contains an adjustment to tweak the sync timing of the video and the audio.

I THINK that I've read that BB may have not fully implemented A2DP (had to look it up) standard but I don't know anything about that standard.
