Hello, I have a 7250 on Outlook Blackberry backbone. I was able to file my messages, but now I no longer able to file messages. The file option is not available anymore.

Any idea on how I can get it back?

I haven't seen this issue, but I wonder if somehow the Folders database became corrupt on your handheld. You could try going into Backup and Restore, Advanced, selecting your Folders database from the list and hit the Clear button.

Then run through a sync with the Desktop Manager and the folder structure should come back across.

I did what you suggested, and that was did not resolve the problem. I also realized that I can not view file messages.

Other than that, I'm not too sure. Are you on a BES, if so, which version?

I am on BES verison 3.6.214. Something is strange about the way I view folders. It comes up with --SMS Inbox
--SMS Outbox etc.
these are not my folder for Outlook.

I was able to restore the filing option back by going into BES and disableing redirection and disableing mobile data service. Then enable both again. Then reloaded user. It is working again

Good to hear dsavage! Disable/enabling redirection probably pushed the folder list OTA to the HH.
