Hi all,

A bit of help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a colleague with a Curve on O2 with BIS. They are recieving thier BT Internet emails.

The emails come through fine, however once you leave the inbox (on the device) and go back in again the messages are gone!!!

Is there anyway to stop this?

Is the user experiencing any call log or SMS text loss?

Hi,

No everything else seems to be fine. She has not lost any anything else but emails. I thought (as you as probably thinking) she would need to make some more room on the device by removing some unused files etc. However, this seems to be beyond me now.
