Is the user receiving the network@etp message sent by RIM and is it coming into their Outlook Inbox - and they are NOT opening it? I've had users sit in front of their Outlook and open those messages and it screws up the activation. I usually tell them to shut down Outlook and step away.....far far away.
Also, have the user search his Inbox, Deleted Items, SPAM, and Junk-Email folder for network@etp error messages and permanently delete them.
