check out my posting on this --> http://www.blackberryforums.com/gps-...cellation.html

They did eventually cancel my 30 day and stop charging my card. But no email notifications on anything and they refused to give me anything in writing. Cancel over the phone and call back to verify. I'd never do business with this company again.

Well I got my reply -

Is there a difficulty you are having using our service? Please tell us how we can help.

In order to protect the security of our customers, cancellation requests cannot be accepted by email. If you still wish to cancel, you will need to call us at 888.353.6284 to submit your cancellation request.

Thanks,
The TeleNav Team

So I will call to cancel.

In my account, it says:

"Your TeleNav subscription expires on: Aug 17, 2010"

I am in trial period.

I called them to cancel today as my trial is up tomorrow. I am keeping Mapquest for one feature that telenav does not have, i.e. Mapquest lets you use trackball to switch view between regular navigation screen to the Map Overview screen which shows you a highlighted route with a dot telling you where you are in the whole route - I found this a must have for me.

My case is even worse:

See this:

I saw similar complaints on other sites as well.
