It's a web only offer or a call-in offer. I already have a family plan for me and my wife and I just got a free Blackberry 7105t for her with only $11 added for next day air shipping. And it's only $9 extra a month. and we'll just "not use" her other phone, not a bad deal at all if you think about it........
