Default Delete an email account after carrier change and device change

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I had a bold 9000 with Telenor and 2 email accounts. Now I am on rogers with a 9700. When I xfrd data/messages/contacts from the 9000 to the 9700, the email accounts on the 9000 also got xfrd.

I no longer need the old accounts on the 9700. How do I delete them?

Thanks.

Ok. Using real words helps people to understand what you are saying.

If you haven't already done so, delete the email addresses by logging in to your BIS account from a computer. Or if you have the Email Settings thick client on your device OS, log in to that and delete them there.

Then go to your Service Books (Options > Advanced Options > Service Books) and delete the [CICAL] and [CMIME] entries for the email addresses.
