I have been able to connect to the internet via WiFi in the past, but lately it won't let me. My WiFi connection is shown in Green and there is also a green checkmark to the right of it. The WiFi logo is also showing on the top right of the main screen as is the name of the connection on the top center of the screen. Anything I type in says that " it could not connect to the internet at this time, try again later". What could have happened that would prevent me from accessing the internet through this connection anymore? How can I fix it?

Does this occur both with the mobile network on and off? Also when you are on Wifi are you using the Hotspot Browser.

In the browser, Menu Key, Options, Browser Configuration and change it to Hotspot Browser. Save and then see if you can connect.

What did you do with the device just before you lost WiFi capability?

Do you have a BB data plan? Some carriers require that you do before you get the WiFi service book. Not sure if Rogers is or not so you might want to check.

Have you tied a battery pull and resent service books?
