Can anyone tell me if on the 7105t model if you are able to set the default email view to show only the inbox and not the inbox merged with the sent items? This is very annoying.

When in your messages inbox, click the trackwheel and click on OPTIONS. Then click on GENERAL OPTIONS. From there change the "HIDE SENT MESSAGES" option to YES.

This feature is not on the 7105T, you can hide filed messages but nothing else.

This feature IS available but only if you load OS 4.1 onto the 7105t. See the sticky on installing 4.x software upgrades.

When I spoke with my T-Mobile rep yesterday (I had the same question), they informed me that the "INBOX" on the 7105T is a combination of your INBOX and SENT messages - and since both SENT & RECIEVED mail shares one "INBOX" - both will be displayed.

Now I do not know about this feature being ENABLED with the upgraded software to 4.1 - so I would say follow the advice previously given if you want to upgrade your software.

FYI - My 7105T came with the version listed in the above link, and I do NOT have the ability to remove SENT emails from my view.
