Can someone tell me how to set up Voice Mail? I just got my 8830 and there's no information in my small Getting Started Guide. I tried to call Voice Mail and it wanted my PIN which I haven't even set. I'd like to record a Voice Mail message but have no idea how.

Call your carrier. It not a BlackBerry specific function. Directions vary from carrier to carrier.

You might also try dialing voicemail from your phone; sometimes the carrier has made provision for you to be talked through the process of setting up your mail.

my voicemail shortcut, the #1 or w key now returns, invalid phone number.
