Yep, its free so I've been hesitant to complain too much. Fact is though, every day its like this, a few will leave, never to return. Its so hard to post, and once you do, you don't get many responses because its so hard for everyone else to also.

I don't know exactly what the issues are or why its taking SO long, but its been like this for over 2 weeks now, and that's a LONG time...

I can't make any promises but....I will share what we've been told. As of yesterday the new server was being hardened and with any luck would be ready to migrate tonight. Then today we were told the server is hardened and running steady and they were just working out a couple of ftp bugs. So, with any luck, we should get a new server tonight. Again, I can't promise anything as I obviously have nothing to do with that but thought I'd share what we were told.

I feel your pain. Nobody spends more time here than yours truly so nobody is more frustrated than me. We're all frustrated by the issues we've had in recent weeks. We realize that we are losing people and everything is being done to get this fixed. If you posted something lately that's just gotten lost in the previous weeks of threads, just bump your thread again once the new server is running and we are back to normal.

Thanks, John, for the info. I'm sure you're right - based on the amount of time you and the other mods spend (or lately try to spend) here, has to be MOST frustrating for you. I'll cross my fingers and hope you're right about new server tonight.
