Hi All,
Sorry to disturb you with this but I am really running out of solution...

My father gave me his blackberry he bought in France with Bouygues provider. I am currently leaving in Vietnam using a local non blackberry GSM provider: Mobifone. I am still able to use Edge to have an internet connection through Opera Mini. My problem is that I decided to buy a quite expensive medical software and that the only solution to use it it to download it from my blackberry. Thus I have an internet link (.jad) to input in my blackberry browser. When I do that with Opera, it asks me the authorization to download through the Blackberry browser and obviously it doesn't work because I have no real data carrier in Vietnam... I have no idea how to solve my problem and get my software downloaded on my blackberry.

We can install jad file with "search" link up there.. And google..

And there are also some jar/jad to alx converters out there.. Waiting for us to explore..

Supplemental to the above - on your computer, download BlackBerry OTA Downloader. It's a single EXE file. When you run it, simply paste the URL to your JAD file into it and click the [Download] button, and it will download the JAD file and all the files needed for the program into a folder with the name of the program which you can then copy to an SD card, and use the Media application on your BlackBerry to explore, and then just click on the JAD file to install the app. Details here.

So just download jad is not enough?
Is that why I can't install them on media card? It loads also cod files with jad!
Cod file is something MUST..to install jad file in your media card..???

Can't install programs on the media card. It's for pictures, music, ringtones, etc. But not programs.
