Hi all,

I have just started using a BB 8820 (personal not business although some guys do use them) and need to know how i can transfer various .doc files etc to the device storage card?

Also, any other tips woudl be great!

You would need to run the device in mass storage mode. It will appear as a removable drive in my computer

Thanks - i thought there may have been a way to use desktop manager and have files sync?
