Initially I thought it was, but after seeing it I find it quite attractive. In a Christopher Walken, Don't-Care-What-You-Think kind of way. The red contrasts nicely with the other colors of the case. Very "Bat Phone".

It's all about personal preference. I don't see it as girly. The same was said about the gold Curve, but you see males carrying it around.
Personally, if you're going to dish out money on a phone, get what you feel is right for you, not what others would think or say.
