I have been reading several messages, but none regarding the blackberry 8700 with suncom service. I am attempting to install opera mini, i have installed it (have the little O) icon on my phone but when i try to connect it takes a little while to install, then I receive an error that says failed to connect to the internet/ contact service provider for internet settings?? Can someone please help.

You need to contact Suncom and get the apn settings to enter under Options >Advanced Options >TCP. Once you enter them, reboot the device by removing the battery and you should be good to go.

I don't know the settings for Suncom and they're not on our list at Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ.
