I have the Blackberry Pearl 8100 series by ATT.

the thing is ridiculously slow. anyone experience any issues and had anything to resovle it.

if i have like 40-50 txt's the thing barely responds. I have the latest OS with non media card.

one question is, will the media card help by giving the system more memory for resources?

yeah i do a reset using Soft Reset every morning. keeps my pearl running nice and smooth

I use the Soft Reset about every other day and I have no problems either.. I'm on ATT as well...

May just be a dud. Try an newer OS and see if that fixes it.
