I looked through the forums and could not find this issue. Whenever someone sends and email, I receive it correctly. But, if they recall it (Outlook 2000), the original message and recall message stay on the handlheld. When I log in to my Outlook, the recall is processed, but even when I reconsile, the messages remain on the BB. Anyone else have this issue? Any potential solutions?

They don't delete on the BlackBerry because they aren't in the deleted items folder in Outlook. The BlackBerry will only delete a message if it finds it in deleted items. Recall doesn't work with BlackBerry.
