Exclamation Reading word documents...

Please Login to Remove!

I have recently ran into a problem with reading word documents created in Office 2007. I save the document as a 97-2003 document so its extension becomes .doc instead of the default office 2007 extension. When you go to read it on a blackberry the device comes up with an error "Unrecognizeable document format". What would cause this? Is there an update I need to apply to my BES server inorder to allow the blackberry to read it or is there third party software that I can download? Thanks ahead!!

I don't know the answer to the actual question you are asking, but you mighty try BeamBerry to view the document. Free.

Nope they are created on a PC. Only run into the problem with Office 2007.
