Help!

I have a Blackberry Curve and I am not sure how to set the phone so that it alerts me only when I receive an email with a subject that has the word 'failed' (due to database work issues) in it or, if that is not possible, if I can get an special alert from a specific email address even though the handset is set on the quiet profile mode.

You can set different alerts for different email addresses. The only I can think of to have it alert you differently for a specific word in the subject would be to set a filter on the BIS site to send all those emails as level 1 messages. Then you can set different alerts for level 1 messages.

I have a new BB curve 8330 does anyone know how to set a small beep alert for new email alerts?
