Does anyone know if Freedom Input is closed down or something? I have been trying to e-mail them to order a GPS 2000, but geting no response.

They are not closed. They are in the UK, though, so sometimes there are timezone issues. I would buy the GPS from a regular online retailer and not directly from them as you will have to pay international shipping. They had a Christmas special where they reduced the price and shipped internationally but that's over.

Thanks for the info. I actually bought one the origianls from them and spoek with Chris and Nigel thereafter. I have since been attempting to email them for two weeks with no luck. I have also not seen an online vendor with the new 2000 model. All seem to have the original model.
