Redirection disables itself for 1 user

BES4 SP1 + HF1 + HF2 + HF3 for Exchange.
We have one user whose BES account disables for mail redirection...all by itself. This has happened several times...I go into BB Manager and it's disabled.
I'm the only BES admin so it isn't a communication issue. First time I saw it I figured I must've slipped with the mouse while using BB Manager, but it's happened too many times to the same user to be my fat fingers.
We killed her BB, deleted her BES account, created a new BES account for her and reactivated the BB OTA. It was OK for a few weeks, but now it's started disabling again without my intervention. BES seems to have it in for her!
Any ideas?
