My new 8820 connects to wi fi net works but then the browser and push email dont work via wi fi.

Any ideas as to how to fix this would begratefully recieved.

yes.... the gprs works fine it the wirelss that wont and orange dont suppost wi fi on blackberries

If they don't - you can't. Backberry device features are configured by the wireless carrier.
