Activation stuck

Hi,
I've got a user I cannot activate (wireless nor wired). I've even tried it on different devices but to no avail. We've activated other users today so it's no general issue.
The problem is that activation stalls around 50%. The calendar is synched but the contacts not.
I see a lot of these errors in the eventviewer:
{user@domain} MAPIMailbox::GetRIMCalendar(EntryID) - Failed to retrieve email address for anotheruser.
These errors show up in quite a few amounts by the time the synchronisation stalls so I guess they are involved.
Any idea where to look?
PS: Running BES for Exchange 4.1.4.12
