Hey, I had nextel before and now I have sprint but I want my same email is there a way I can get it? When I try to add my new blackberry email it makes me put a 1 as if I can't have the other original one. Help please lol

Login to the next tell BIS site and delete your old email then login to the new carriers BIS site and add it.

What do you mean "old email"? Are you asking about the carrier supplied email address? If so, then you are out of luck. You can't take that with you when you change carriers.
