Help! My blackberry is set up to sync wirelessly with my BES server at work and 1/2 my calendar appointments that I schedule on my blackberry do NOT actually show up on my Outlook calendar at work. I schedule most of my appointments directly onto my handheld and have it set to sync wirelessly with the device winning. I'm using Outlook 2007. Any ideas about why some but not all my appointments are being transferred to my master calendar? I work by appointment daily so this is a major problem for me as I rely on the sync function. HELP!

I have a user that was importing .vcs files into his Calendar, and they're not showing on his Blackberry. Does this happen to be the same case?

How would I determine what type of files they are? I just created them either on Outlook or on my blackberry.
