A more costly alternative, but a far more attractive one would be the Jabra FreeSpeak BT250 or BT200. The BT250 is Editors Choice at C-Net and has had many awesome reviews. I am getting one myself and I will let ya know how it is.
My concern was that the BT250 doesn't come with an adapter for non-Bluetooth phones, such as the BlackBerry. In order to use Bluetooth with a BlackBerry or any other non-Bluetooth phone, a Bluetooth dongle is required, like the one provided with the package I mentioned above. I got a chance to order one for myself yesterday before they were out of stock. I'll post my review as soon as I receive it.
The Jabra does in fact come packaged with a dongle as rcg stated. And as far as quality goes it is rated at the very top of 13 Bluetooth headsets tested. And for those that use Bluetooth BBs such as the 7290 the Jabra works fine without the dongle.
