There are two machines. One has private IP address for example 10.1.5.68 and another has public IP address and doamin name for example 209.217.69.200 and test.domain.com. We want our RIM phones can connect these two machines through our BES.

My question are
1. Does BES have public IP or private IP address or static or dynamic IP?
2. How our RIM phones connect these two machines?

I can not test them right now. I ask for your help. Thanks.

What you would need to do is install BES on the private IP address and then install the BB router on the public IP. This way you can use what ever port you want on your firewall and you dont need to use the 3101. But you will need to use port 3101 from your public IP to srp.na.blackberry.net.
