wow, that sucks, that's such a disappointment, do you guys think they would come out with an upgrade, or is it never going to happen?

There is a problem with the software that Alltel uses. It isn't compatible with RIM's phones. It's being worked on, supposedly, with software in the testing. There is no official information from Alltel, other than "Real Soon Now".
