Ok, so whenever i text my friends on BB messenger, it looks like they receive a message, but there is no actual text. Ive tried this with over 6 of my friends already, and with the same results. Does anyone have any ideas?

Do your friends have Blackberrys and Blackberry Data plans?

yeah they do, it worked perfectly until i upgraded to 4.5, then i found out about this, so i downgraded back to 4.3, lost all my contacts, had to add them all back, and then tried the BB messenger and still the same problem

I knew when you posted in the other thread that it wasn't your OS preventing BBMessenger from working. Have you resent all the service books?

Go to Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table. Hit the menu key and select "Register Now."

You had already downgraded by the time I read it.

it just said registration message sent what does that mean besides its been sent?

Did you get a registration email in your Messages folder?

well 2 ppl still cant see anything, the other 4 haven't gotten back yet, any other ideas?

well i lost all my contacts, so i just had to add them all again, and i dont want to lose them all again if i upgrade, and alltel is still on 4.3, they haven't gone to 4.5.

is there a way to save your contacts from desktop manager???

Use Desktop Manager to run a backup.
