The server where BES resides decided to commit suicide the other night. We need to reinstall badly, but are unable to locate our media. Our vendor is located in New Orleans, so we obviously are unable to get it from them, and I've exhausted all other options. We have all our license codes, completely legal, etc. but RIM still refuses to help.

Our business is located in Southern LA (Baton Rouge), so e-mail is really the only viable communication method due to Katrina.

If anyone could help, it would be amazing. We have FTP space available for a .ISO, or I'd gladly pay for shipping if you wanted to burn a copy.

Thats sad RIM cant help you, especially if you have the keys and such.

My co-worker just told me he downloaded from somehwere... Ill try and find out more.

If you have TSupport TX1 or better you should be able to pull it from the RIM website.
