I am so frustrated and confused and hope someone out there can help.

All I want to do is to get my contacts from my Mac Address Book app into my BB8820, but after several hours of trying, failing and hunting the web for help I am no further forward.

I am running OS X 10.5.4 on a MacBook Pro. I have downloaded PocketMac from RIM BB own website. I haven't downloaded separate drivers and am confused about this as this is recommended on several posts on various sites, but I cannot locate them. Well actually I did download some, but OS X does not recognise the .msi filetype!

I have started up PocketMac, connected the 8820 via USB cable, selected YES to allow mass storage on the 8820 screen. The BB shos as a drive on the desktop. Unfortunately every time the software tries to sync it hangs for a short time (maybe 5 seconds) and then crashes completely.

Please help as to me this should not be as hard as it is proving.

Hi,

The driver contained in the various driver updates mentioned elsewhere on this message board has been included in the 4.1.25 installation.

The .msi file type is an installer format for Windows, which is why they don't work on Mac OS X.

Would you be able to share the crash report you're seeing, please? Or, may I suggest that you contact our support team directly at the web site below, please?
